Kamaloka instances

There is an error in the instances that allows you to enter and exit as many times as you want without any reuse.

Also in the Kamaloka 73 instance the teleporter does not appear.

And another error is that the dances and songs are not removed when entering the instance.

We will shortly correct them.

The three errors described above will be corrected next Wednesday.
